Full Description: The Euro America Center (EAC) is located in Huanglong International Business-World Trade Core Region, adjacent to Zhejiang University, and within the core of the Hangzhou High-tech Development Zone. Many Global Fortune 500 companies also have offices in this area. EAC is a 20-storey high building with a total of 127,000 sqm. The EAC is equipped with 26 top grade commercial elevators and 1 viewing elevator. It also has a roof top helicopter landing pad, a 24-hour security monitoring system, a multilingual conference centre and a solar-energy-controlled swimming pool (approximately 700 sqm). The EAC complex consists of an office building, a large shopping center from 1st to 3rd floor and a luxury serviced apartment block managed by Oakwood. |
